Effective October 2026
This notice explains what information The Chief of Staff Office collects through ChiefOfStaffOffice.com and how we use it.
What we collect
When you send an inquiry through our contact form, we receive your name, work email, company and the message you write. If you email us, we receive your email and anything you include in it. We don't ask for any other personal information.
The site doesn't use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to operate and secure the site.
How we use it
We use the information you send only to respond to your inquiry and to discuss a possible engagement with you. We don't sell or rent it, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
Who handles it
The website and our business email are run by our hosting provider. Contact form submissions are sent to us by email through that provider. We don't use a third-party form service.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and for our ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email hello@chiefofstaffoffice.com or use the form on our homepage.
